What makes him different than other producers are the fact that TJ Grinder is constantly trying to improve himself to be able to express himself through his music. Whether by listening to his favorite music, or trying to come up with a new track by remaining focused and plan on continuing his progress.
TJ Grinder enjoys working with underground artists because he feels like it would allow more opportunity to expand creative talents and grow.
A few of the biggest Influences are the names of Ice Cube, Young Jeezy, Chief Keef, Lil Durk, Lil Wayne (Circa C3), Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg, Tupac; comparing some of the mainstream producers that are collaborating with artists on a global scale such as Mike Will Made It, or Chief Keef who produces many of his own works.

HECDAKID HecDaKid was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin. His father, a world-renowned painter, was from Sierra Leon; and his mother, an educator, is from Nigeria. In the early 1980’s the family visited Nigeria and Hec ended up staying there for 10 years. During this time, he began his love for hiphop. He used to listen to Slick Rick, Kwame, Fresh Prince, Rakim, Heavy D, LL Cool J, and others on cassette tapes his family mailed to him from the States. Hec was also inspired by the rhymes in the Hymn Books at his childhood church, and developed a love and joy for word play. He began beating on drums and rapping with friends, and it was not long before he learned how to write his own rhymes and songs. At age 14, Hec returned to Wisconsin and began attending high school on the north side of Milwaukee. This just added to his love of music. As time progressed he would rap at the lunch tables with schoolmates and began doing talent shows. Not long after that he learned how to record music in the studio. The young spitter was now ready to step it up a notch and began doing local shows. Since then HecDaKid has opened for Petey Pablo, Juvenile, the UTP, Guerilla Black, Bone Thugs and Harmony, Fred the Godson, and a few others. He also did a show for Rapsheet Magazine among the likes of Run DMC, Ice T, Busta Rhymes, Method Man and Redman, Gangstarr (RIP Fam!), Miami’s own the Zoe Pound, and McGruff. HecDaKid also won the rap battle in Milwaukee for the Roc Da Mic Tour. Cities he has performed in include Atlanta, Charlotte, Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Green Bay, New York, New Jersey, Miami, St. Louis, Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Alexandria, Richmond, and Raleigh. He is recently coming off two East Coast tours with Cradle Records. HecDaKid is a hardworking artist and stays on his musical grind. He currently records at Sound Resort Studios, and has also recorded in Darp Studios. In 2016 he was nominated for the MKE Awards Music Artist of the Year. Also in 2016 he has released a single, “Irregular” under Cradle Records/Sony Music and “CashTalk”. Both songs are available on all media outlets including iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, Rhapsody, Spotify etc. Due to his high energy, lyrical skills, and pure hip hop sound Hec is gaining fans all over the world. In 2017, HecDaKid also linked up with GBD Management Group. As a unit, they are moving and working hard to show the world who HecDaKid is. Hec currently has a video for “City on Smash” with M4E on YouTube as well as “Irregular”. His upcoming debut styled SPLIT (the EP) features multiple radio singles including 2 MPH, Supa Cold, and Got The Juice are produced by his music industry counterpart DJ Soul (Milwaukee, WI). Throughout Starr’s whole career, his best moment in the entertainment industry before signing with Not Only Street Records was when he was signed while performing on stage at a showcase he attended in New York City promoted by Mikey Jay from Def Jam / Interscope as Mikey walked up and told the acting Dj to “stop’ the music and then congratulated Starr and signed him on the spot. At that point “Starr” was shocked, and totally surprised.
Very creative with his music which has to have to be catchy and have a positive message in it because he is really big into real’ hip-hop music. Although, Starr is very confident; sometimes he can dislike his own music when other they like it or insists it can be a potential hit; resulting in recording music until he personally feels it's a hit but believes he has a lot of music that is a possible hit single. Now, currently working on a new mixtape project, album, singles as well as videos to his relevant music. The name of his latest album entitled “All Or Nothing” and his mixtape “Lion”.
As an artist Steven “Starr” Davis has had a great chance to travel around the world with his music career and is now ready to take it to the top. Different from other artist because likes to write about the everyday struggle, life, and educating the kids; influencing them to never give up and live their dreams...

Jae Wickid would like to work with Crooked I aka KXNG Crooked and would feel honored working with him because of where he originated from, and his music Jae can relate to because Jae believes that Hip Hop today has gone sour, also for the political enlightenment and social awareness he engages in. Some of Jae Wickid's biggest influences are Tupac, Big Pun, Eminem, Crooked I, and Chinx Drugz. Although Jae compares himself to the artist Cassidy because of his lyrical capability to battle rap; as well as represents the underground. Jae decided to get into the business after he started to write poetry in my early ages, and listening to his brother rap who has since committed suicide, leaving Jae with the need to carry on his legacy. (R.I.P. Tre). Previously before meeting dB Heard; being over looked, slept on, taking advantage of, is what Jae struggled with in both life and music. Tupac Shakur, is Jae Wickid's most prominent entertainment role model because he feels he is one of the greatest hip hop legends of all time, and will always be remembered for all he did and what he represented for Rap music. Jae doesn’t like to lose, overthink, sleep, going to stores or taking out the trash; a major accomplishment of Jae Wickid's music career was when he got his song "On Point" played on the radio in his city of Lubbock TX. People were hitting me up telling me "I hear you on the radio!" quotes Jae.
Getting signed to Not Only Street Records and finally feeling like someone took noticed, Not Only Street Recording Artist Jae Wickid just released a mixtape entitled ReeFerr
RE-rolled on June 18th 2017 which is a re-release from the previous tape ReeFerr in honor of the HEMPeror Jack Herer and currently working on two mixtapes at the moment; L.O.S.T. (Left Out Some Tracks) in honor of Tupac Shakur which is set to release on September,13th, 2017 and L.I.F.E. (Live Individually F*** Everybody) which is set to release early in the year 2018. With Jae's lyrical capability not only is he capable of making mainstream music; he can "ACTUALLY" battle rap... Only if you are a true fan of Jae Wickid would you now that the only Shoes he wears are Chuck Taylor's Converse, he really enjoys gaming online on his PS4, he doesn't watch traditional television only Netflix, his most favorite color is green and has a dog named Pancho!

Introducing, Debra Sue, a Toledo native & a woman with much love for her city (Toledo). She has invested in herself and in Toledo, owning several companies to include a radiology management & consulting company, a beauty salon, a recording studio, a streaming radio station, an entertainment management company, a publishing/marketing company, a real estate company, and others. She is heavily involved in her community and supports worthwhile community activities. She has been an advocate in her community, is a business block member for the Vistula Business District, and attends many meetings in support of various community-driven organizations. She is a Lucas County Historic District Committee Commissioner approved by the mayor’s office. She lends her support to the Breanna Banner Lady Bug Society, an organization that encourages extended education & etiquette of young women ages 12-18. Debra Sue believes strongly in continued education for women, and holds college and university degrees herself.
Debra Sue is heavily involved in running her entertainment company, Glass City Talent 419 (GCT419) - an Entertainment Management & Promotions Co. Several very talented Toledo artists are signed under her leadership & several have been scouted by major Industry entertainment companies.
In 2016, GCT419 hosted 17+ shows in Toledo & several out of state shows. These venues provided local artists opportunities to sharpen their skills, perfect their stage presentations and to have fun while strengthening their social networking skills. Debra Sue also co-manages/supports several international recording artists, affording her the opportunity to work with many upper level industry leaders who have taught her ‘the ropes’ in a very competitive market. The company recently opened its first upscale recording studio, “GCT419 Recording Studio”, located at 1419 W. Sylvania in Toledo, Ohio. “The industry door was opened for me by great women”, she states, and she continues to learn from her mentor, whom she affectionately refers to as ‘Embrace’.
Debra Sue, too, is a performer, starting from a very young age. “My singing skills came from my mother…she has the most angelic singing voice I have ever heard, and she whistles like a finely tuned instrument,” says Debra Sue. While Debra Sue is a recognized local public figure, she is a very private person to some degree. She keeps her private life private & considers social media a ‘no-no’ when it comes to exposing her personal life & family. She advises all to “watch what you say on social media…. you never know whose watching.”
Debra Sue can be heard on iHeart Radio 94.9FM on Friday evenings, as she introduces Toledo music; she also promotes all Midwest music on 419LegaC Radio, a streaming station that she coowns and co-hosts with artist & friend, Markese R., aka Microphone Rome. When asked what her future holds, she responds, “whatever path is set before me, I know it is divinely calculated….so that is the path I will walk, where ever it may lead.”
MacNova’s advice to up and coming artists would be to please, don't forget about the music. Find a way to fall back in love with the craft if the business side has you weary. If you make timeless music, the rest of the accolades will come. He promises. MacNova gets the question a lot of where his name came from. Mac is just a play on his last name’ which caught on during his time as a sandwich artist and since his last name was on his nametags. Good times. Good times. Nova is an acronym for N.ever O.verlook the V.alue of A.rtistry. Just as a reminder to himself that he shouldn't forget about the music as well and maybe more importantly its art. So, there are no bounds to where he can take it.
Mac’s favorite color is black. His favorite food is pizza because he’s says he’s almost a ninja turtle. Ha! (Lol) And his favorite rapper is whoever can make me feel like he needs to get better; which can be beat selection, lyrical ability, live performance, or straight up hustle. Nova really looks to learn from successful artists on all levels. MacNova’s connection to GCT419 is how his foundation and building blocks are being built in this industry. They have grown together and the higher he climb’s the more it feels like family. Debra Sue, his manager, has helped him grow as an artist based on HIM as a person and the results are keeping him beyond humbled. He’s excited for their next moves, especially knowing the music is already classic.
