DC Shorts utilizes the @DCSHORTTOOLS Twitter feed to offer a daily collection of jobs, casting notices and events from over 20 D C area and national resources Meanwhile the DC SHORTS TOOLKIT is an open e mail exchange to request information from other filmmakers, post screening information, and even sell old equipment. The DC Shorts Actors List allows for casting notices to be posted for more than 2,000 D.C . and East Coast Actors.

OUR INITIATIVES

COLLABORATIVE IMPACT: DC Film Alliance works closely with other grassroots film arts organizations on mutual topics including Submissions, Promotion, Development and more.

Following a DC premiere of his newest short film DELETE, writer and director Joe Carabeo will lead a creative workshop discussion that incorporates a retrospective on Joe’s mov and how important crazy ideas are to filmmaking, and bringing films to life from incept onward.
