Thus, in the laboratory for digital converters and drives at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, students can easily obtain quality results when testing prototypes and their maximum improvement. talent and the educational institutions in the region

The Brose Company launched its first internship programme last year, which was a great opportunity for young engineers from technical faculties to obtain working experience in the company’s plant in Pančevo and different company locations in Germany.

In order to improve and contribute to a better future for our students, Brose started the first season of the internship programme in September 2021. We gave an opportunity to motivated students of technical faculties to acquire additional knowledge and skills and develop through practical work in a technologically modern international environment. The first internship programme lasted 6 months and is still taking place at Brose’s factories in Germany and Pančevo. We are one of the few companies in Serbia that send students to do the internship in Germany, thus allowing them to acquire technological and scientific knowledge through internship and mentorship, and to get acquainted with the German culture and language, a country with the most advanced technology in the automotive industry. Of course, the greatest value of this programme is the possibility of early employment for talented individuals who achieve the best results during the internship.

Brose is also involved in CSR activities in the community. Some of these activities involved expanding the capacity of Covid-19 testing for the population in Pančevo, the Plant a Tree campaign which we did in cooperation with the AHK and the Belgrade authorities, helping to upgrade the capacity of the Mechanical Engineering High School in Pančevo, providing support to the Cultural Centre in Pančevo, etc. To get closer to the local community, Brose regularly opens the doors of its factory to pupils, students and citizens, so they can get acquainted with the company’s state-of-the-art production and get to know the world of Brose. 
