04 SITE MASSING DEVELOPED MASSING

The mass aims to respond to the more imposing features on the site, including the separation in density, attaining direct sunlight to the private courtyard and utilising the corner node located at the north of the site.

The illustration to the right indicates the build up from a modular scale to a full sized apartment, to a floor, to a tower block (top to bottom). The modules are fixed volumetrically but can be adapted through panel manipilation.
