We may be rural, but we’re not remote So where exactly is Farncombe Estate? On a large-scale map, we are just outside the pretty village of Broadway, set in 400 rolling acres of fields and woodland that span the Cotswold escarpment. To our wider audience, we are in the perfect Midlands location, centrally placed for businesses and offices all over the country, without the inner-city snarls that ruin the average commute. So think easy access from M40 or M5 and 190 free parking spaces. Think excellent Wi-Fi and mobile signal. And if you prefer to take the train, think just 90-minutes from London Paddington to Moreton-in-Marsh. We can even arrange for you to be picked up from the station.
Space to meet, train and learn Farncombe has 11 flexible meeting and training rooms and a range of useful syndicate rooms for break-out sessions. All our meeting spaces are fully equipped for presentations and training sessions and they are flooded with natural daylight. Our professional operations team is dedicated to your meeting, and to meeting your needs. You’ll also be able to call on your own Customer Services Assistant throughout the day.

Train Your Team Our 400 acres give you every opportunity for fresh air and a fresh approach to learning. Together with our expert Learning and Development partners, we have developed 13 outdoor teambuilding and leadership exercises that will enhance your training, invigorate your team and simply brighten your day. We also offer a most unusual range of unique activities, from sushi-making to sheep herding. Farncombe is full of fresh ideas: ask us for details.
Think cuisine, not canteen! If you prefer fresh, local food, prepared on site and in season, you’ve come to the right place. After all, Farncombe Estate overlooks the Vale of Evesham, the official garden of England. We offer you loads of choice at every meal and we cater for all the fiddly stuff, including your allergies and food preferences. If you fancy a themed night or private dining for a special occasion, we will lay down the tablecloths, light the candles and pull out all the stops. We serve unlimited homemade biscuits, fresh fruit and bean-to-cup coffee. We know what tickles your taste buds.
Pillow Talk We know you want a good night’s sleep and we put a premium on comfort. All our 89 en-suite bedrooms are graded 4-star Guest Accommodation by VisitBritain. Even our standard rooms have double beds and the Superior and Deluxe rooms sport king-sized beds. In your en-suite bathroom, you will find Ecover brand shower cream and soaps. We can accommodate groups together in the same building. We have rooms suitable for wheelchairs. And most unusually, eight of our bedrooms are designated Allergy Free, with their own furnishings and cleaning regime – no other conference centre in Europe has anything to match this.
