Round face: Round shape is common and any one gets transformed to round shaped face when one tends to gain weight. Obviously, the outline will be rounded. If the length and width of your face looks more or less same, you face appears round. The sides of the face curve outwards and chin will be rounded and the cheek bones looks wider.

Square face/ Rectangular face: The square shaped face reveals curves at the jaw and toward your forehead as well. Often times, square faced is closely associated to rectangular shaped with corners on jaws and forehead. Face looks elongated than usual and narrower than a square face. When your face resembles square shaped the sides of your face appear straight and jawline is angled a bit with a slight curve. Face will be wider and elongated.

Diamond shape: To check if your face is diamond shaped, draw a line from the middle of your hairline to the cheek bones through your chin. If it would be in the shape of a diamond, then your face is diamond shaped. Mostly, these type of people have pointed chins with high cheek bones. Hairline becomes narrow for diamond shaped faces.

Oblong shape: Oblong shaped face looks similar to square and rectangular shaped faces except that they are wider than the latter. Chin appears curvy and forehead, jawline, cheeks are approximately of the same width. For an oblong shaped face, the face appears more elongated. Compared to oval shaped face, an oblong face is elongated with less width.
