ESMOD France

The first school in the ESMOD group, our “flagship”, in Paris’ 9th arrondissement, a magnificent private villa built in the Eiffel style around a multi-story central glassdomed atrium, transports all who enter into a space designed to inspire and enthrall.

Near the Palais Garnier Opéra, la Madeleine, vibrant Pigalle, Montmartre, and the shoppers’ mecca, Boulevard Haussmann, with its exquisite “grand magasins” department stores, Les Galeries Lafayette, and Le Printemps, the area around ESMOD Paris abounds with architectural gems.

At ESMOD, Fashion Design (“FD”) students find all they need to bring their wildest ideas to life: professional-quality sewing machines, the ESMOD boutique, which supplies design and pattern-making tools at low prices, a library of relevant documents and materials (managed by a former assistant to Christian Lacroix) provide a rich source of knowledge and inspiration. A conference room is also available to students, for “speed dating” with fashion professionals during recruiting sessions, and for a variety of events organized by ESMOD throughout the year.

Pantin

New territories of craftsmanship

In what is often referred to as “the Brooklyn of Paris”, in the rapidly expanding “Grand Est,” neighbouring the headquarters of Chanel, Hermès and other important Parisian cultural institutions such as the Philharmonie de Paris, Parc de la Villete and it’s Grande Halle, the Cité de la Musique, etc. The Pantin campus is home base for Fashion Business ("FB”) students as well as for third-year students in Fashion Design, with whom they work in teams on "Build Up My Brand” projects. Ample recreational opportunities are to be found a short walk from school, including outdoor dance classes by the waterside, supervised fresh water swimming, electric boats to rent and drive along the Bassin de la Villette, concerts, exhibitions and cinematic events at the famed “104.”

ESMOD Fashion Business

In an art deco structure of exceptional beauty, originally home to a 3,500m² “Banque de France”, ESMOD Pantin’s entrance opens into a sunlit atrium enhanced by a mezzanine, modular rooms. Across from the front entrance is a central, walled garden planted with apples, grapes and berries and equipped with covered outdoor seating. In all of ESMOD’s schools, we aim to provide students and staff with environments conducive to health, well-being, and happy, creative collaboration. A large capacity multipurpose room host conferences, film viewings, and a variety of other events, and cutting edge equipment in specially adapted spaces.
