Deborah blends her passion for discovery with client demands through an innovative yet practical planning approach. She believes design solutions and best practices in healthcare planning are grounded in the rigorous pursuit of research and analysis. With 30 years of experience in the industry and a specialization in healthcare architecture attained at a doctoral level, Deborah has mastered the translation of pre-and-post occupancy evaluation results into design guidelines, which optimize operational efficiency and clinical effectiveness. She recognizes measuring the impact of design on outcomes creates a high level of accountability with clients. Deborah is Coordinator of the Healthcare Design Program at the University of Miami’s School of Architecture, Director of Bostwick Design Partnership’s Miami office and Healthcare Planner, where she fosters an environment of advanced knowledge and creativity.
