Offer Terms and Conditions 1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the competition. Entries must be received by 5pm on Saturday 31st December 2011. 2. No responsibility can be accepted for corrupt emails or those not received, or those without ‘Lapland’ in the subject line. 3. Only one entry per person. People who repeatedly enter the same competition will be disqualified. 4. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules. 5. The winner will be drawn at random on 4th January 2012. 6. The prize is for 7 nights’ half board in a family room (subject to availability) for 4 people and includes the following activities; reindeer, husky and snowmobile safaris. Age restrictions apply on the activities. Also if chosen date of travel is in December and travelling with children you will be entitled to meet Santa if you so wish. 7. Prize includes return flights and transfers to the hotel in Lapland. Departures are from one of the following UK airports: Gatwick, Manchester or Bristol. 8. UK transfers are the responsibility of the prize winner. 9. Beverages, lunch and other personal expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner and must be paid for by the prize winner. 10. All members of the winning party must take their outward and inward journeys together. 11. All members must have valid passports, visas, holiday insurance that covers the activities and where necessary, vaccinations and inoculations. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The trip includes airport taxes.12. Travel must be taken between 2nd December 2012 and 15th December 2012 or 6th January 2013 and 9th February 2013 strictly subject to availability. 13. There is no cash alternative, prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. 14. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 15. Full details of how to book will be forwarded to the winner. Inghams reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and/or photograph. This promotion will be governed by English Law. 16.
