Dear Mário Alves Last Friday, the 21st March of 2014, I bought a television whose serial number is 6601149 at Jumbo Box which is in Pragal, by 18 o’clock. Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because when I got home I was soon to see if the television worked. Everything was fine on the first day but on the next day it no longer worked. I´m disappointed because I have never had any problem with the products bought in your store. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate to exchange this television for another without any extra cost. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem, and I will wait until the 26th of this month, before seeking help from a consumer protection agency.
