01
Gathered internal feedback for the content and copywriting Shared the prototype with Product Trainer and Customer Success team, because they were very representative of users, and asked them to review the content and copywriting. Insight obtained is this feature should help and guide users to transfer their data easily without having them to open a new page of Jurnal’s Guide Book. All of the information must stated here briefly and clearly.

02
Conducted usability testing of a prototype The UT was run by visiting users who have an appointment with Customer Success and had data from various tools. Tested to 5 Jurnal’s users and they appreciated the feature. But there was some input from users regarding their needs: 1. Hard to find the feature in the menu 2. No sense of completion. Users need to know what data they had imported to Jurnal. The feature’s icon, Onboarding Migration, was less visible to users.
Asked the users what they expected to see in this page. Because Summary Page was still empty when this prototype tested to users.

Female Daily
Female Daily Background A playground for woman to share experience. Female Daily aims to be the place that connects women at every stage of their life. To provide solutions to their problems, to give them product recommendation, to help them make a informed buying decision, and to make them feel inspired and share knowledge and experience. Female Daily invites users to create an account so that users can explore the website freely and easily and also to download the mobile application version which can be arranged according to the user personalization.
How do i come up with this project? After doing the exploration, it is realized that there are some flow or journey differences between on website and app, especially in REVIEWS section. Website To search some reviews, users can write the desired product in the Search section, and the search results will come out as in the picture on the left. User can add the product to their Wishlist or Tried It for their records, needs, and other uses. Not just Review, but user can get informed about the product more by clicking some category section here. This sub-category are very helpful, so users do not have to open another window to find another information regarding to the product. This Filter and Sort control or settings can be useful for user to read various reviews from every stage of everyone’s journey with the product.
Application It feels quite different from the website, but it is also good, because users can browse their desired product in Search, browse in Feed from people that user follow, and or random explore in the Category and Discover.
Pain Points in App -
There are no sub-category, all of the information just stated down in a long scroll
-
Any post tagged with the product will be linked to a more detailed Review section, but not linked-back from Review to Post. To be able to see the Post as in the picture on the left, it can only be accessed from the profile of the post owner's account.
-
It’s easier to use the website rather than the app.
Female Daily iOS Application redesign
The purpose of the app redesign is to make a better experience for users to get informed of beauty products that is easier than using the website and personalized. The Sub-category solves one of the main problems with infinite scroll – the lack of apparent organization or hierarchy. Sub-category organization involves giving users the option to search for product information under various categories, and displaying the results in a list and grid.

Educated Know about digital money (regardless already use or not)
This fact leads Indonesia categorised in the inception stage.
Objective Designing digital money to help people with their everyday transactions to support the initiatives towards cashless society. http://www.ijimt.org/vol8/727-DT0028.pdf
Already using digital money but mostly are just for transportation/toll. However, it does not (or less) help the transition's process of Indonesia into a cashless society.
Approach Starting from the daily habits of spending in convenience store that still use cash, where the money returned is often ignored or not stored properly. In this case, daily spending illustration of mineral water at Train Station’s convenience store before or after the trip. The small money return is often ignored, because most people didn’t like to keep coins, which makes the cashier offered buyer to donate or exchange them for candies.
Unwittingly, this habit can make us lose a lot of money with the calculations as shown below.
If people pay more attention to their money, the habit of ignoring the small money soon will be changed.
Solution Designing a platform to generate cash, ranging from small amounts of money, to digital money. By building cooperation from convenience store that are close to everyday life to change the habit of using cash.
Scash! is an application that will change people's habits in organizing small amounts of money.
Makes it easy for everyone to organize money temporarily, starting from small amounts like change money, and reusing it for the needs of everyday activities. The money saved will be converted into digital money that can be directly reused for transfer to a digital card.
