INTRODUCTION This is a very flexible and varied trip that touches the highlights of Campania and Lazio Regions. Every day we have more cycling possibilities : short and easier route and a longer or more demanding route for the keener cyclists. The trip start in Rome airport when the company pick up and transfer the tourists to the farm in Amalfi Coast, It was an extremely important maritime republic and it holds some of the world’s most famous monuments and an amazing landscape. During the stay in this area the trip include one day to the famous Pompeii archeological roman town (excavation site) and riding in Salerno’s town by night. The travel continue in the farms and naturalistic areas placed in the hinterland of Campania region : the old town of Sant’Agata de’ Goti and San Salvatore Telesino. The trip finish with the bike tour of Rome. 1th DAY LANDING IN ROME or NAPLES and transfer to AMALFI COAST. Transfer from the airport or railway station by car/van to Amalfi Coast. Accomodation in B&B Farmhouse at AGEROLA and lunch with typical local products. In the afternoon first bike excursion in Agerola to the panoramic places and to the “painted” land of ‘Furore’ and his monument dedicated to Fausto Coppi. Dinner at the Farm or in alternative dinner at local pizzeria.

2tth DAY : BIKE EXCURSION ON AMALFI COAST From AMALFI to MINORI, MAIORI AND CETARA. The excursion start from the port of Amalfi to Cetara direction. The distance from Amalfi to Cetara is of 15km along the hills. About the time of riding we recommend a slow ride for enjoy the beauty of landscape. At the end of excursion in Cetara the cyclist can eat in local restaurants and go to the beach for swim or sunbathe. At the end of day our customers retourn to the farm with the corporate car. Dinner at the farm or in local pizzeria.

3th DAY TO THE FAMOUS ISLAND OF CAPRI In the morning transfer from Agerola to Amalfi when the cyclist take a boat to Capri Island (50' navigation – departure 9.15). About Capri excursion we suggest 3 solutions : the first can be rent a scooter and ride on the island (in this mode you can see in a few hours the most famous places of this island), the second pick up bikes on the ferry, the third use the cableway and local bus for move to famous places. Lunch in Capri at local restaurant or pizzeria. In the end of day and retourn on Amalfi at the end of day (I must request if we can pick up bikes on boat, but normally this island be enjoyed by walk) I believe that the retourn in Amalfi can be possible around 6pm, dinner at the farm.

4th DAY ARCHEOLOGICAL EXCURSIONS AND SALERNO BY NIGHT departure by car to Pompeii (archeological excursion in the morning). In the archeological site we will ride with bikes of superintendence along special paths for cyclists included in Pompeii site. At the end of the visit of archeological sites we leave to the farm in Agerola for have lunch. Around 7pm we leave to the city of SALERNO where we ride by bike in historical center, touristic port and seafront villa. For dinner we eat the original pizza at the pizzeria in historical center, at the end of day we leave to Agerola.

WINE ROADS OF CAMPANIA REGION 5th DAY SANT’AGATA DE GOTI AND WINE ROADS BY BIKE In the morning leave by car to Benevento region Accommodation in B&B at Sant'Agata dei Goti Lunch and bike escursion in Sant’Agata de’ Goti and local wine roads. Retourn at the B&B and after the relax leave by car for the dinner to the restaurant of Grassano’s Park, naturalistic area. The dinner include At the end of day retourn to the B&B .

6th DAY BIKE EXCURSIONS : ABBEY, FARMHOUSE, WINE ROADS AND TELESE BATH The day start with the transfer by car to San Salvatore Telesino where we will start our bike excursion with the visit at Grassano’s Park. In this place you can drink water from the source (8,000lt/sec). From Grassano Park we will leave to Benedictine Abbey (original from 217 a.C.) where we have a guided historical tour of this nice Abbey. After this guided tour we leave to local farm where we will visit all steps of production of this farmhouse. We lunch with the products of this farm (various kinds of cold meats and salami, natural yougurt, cheeses and vegetables). After the visit we relax in the vineyard. We close this excursion with the visit at the Telese Bath for drinking a glass of the famous sulphurous, calcium, magnesium and bicarbonate water of Telese Bath. The natural mineral water “Telese”has a typical and unique odor, is a well-liked drink with a sparkling taste, due to carbon dioxide. Rich in mineral salts it is know to regulate the salt and watr balance in the body. It is recommended for chronic gastritis and for costipations. This water can be used in aerosol it has decongestant and normalizing proprieties for inflammations of the upper respiratory tract. Applied to the skyn has a normalizing and quenching effects in most skin deseases/problems.

LAZIO REGION : ROME 7th DAY ROME : EXCURSION BY BIKE We leave by car to Rome, accommodation in B&B in Piramide quarter and start our bike excursion around 11am. The bike tour touch all most famous places of the historical center of town, we will ride along the Tiber and will touch Villa Borghese’s gardens, Vatican square, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, ecc. At the end of day dinner in roman cuisine near the B&B.
