Faunas that can be found in this National Park are tigers, snow leopards, clouded leopards, wolves, dholes, red panda, red fox, Asiatic black bears, yellow-throated marten, slow loris, Hoolock Gibbons, Clapped Langurs, Rhesus Macaques, Assamese Macaques. But apart from that, the best attraction about this place is to see the critically endangered Namdapha Flying Squirrel.
