Ornamental and shading trees around family walkways enhances the exquisiteness of the landscape throughout the site. BUILDING DESIGN INTENT :
Curved edge buildings in coherent and vernacular & green Landscape. All supporting building are submerged within the landscape highlighting main buildings (Palace , Men Majlis & future buildings ). All built structures designed to fit the landscape.
SITE : Located in Premises of Al Wajbah(Pin 53560341).
Al Wajba Along Dukhan Highway; Situated adjacent to Palace of HH Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani. (On the West); Barzan Housing and other Condominium complex to the North. Co-ordinates E 215457.7 N 394533.5

The wide Greenbelt and Driveway wrapping the base of the towers from outside lends a welcoming arrival into the complex till one gets dropped off on a richly patterned court as a accented punctuation on the drive. This greenbelt also provides opportunity for future parking slots, a shaded Jogging trail and also nice pause points under the big trees. Open parking bays look like grid orchards with regular tree inserts within them via tree guards.

AERIAL VIEWS
• The tall towers inwardly looks down into a elegant garden at the centre that provides multiple amenities and spaces for diverse age groups. The restricted sunlight due to high towers compels reduction of big lawn surfaces but allows rich ground covers and tropical plants. The swimming pool is tucked partially under the double height stilted space looking over the central landscape across an infinity edge of water . The combination of various textures , sound of overflowing water , flowering species , activity courts , seniors gardens, barbeque corners , the green walls hiding off the parking bays , the colored gravels makes this compact Central garden the most invigorating experience of Rare Earth.

•Revealing a nice long vista and winding movement, the proposed intricately pattern paved driveway invites one towards the main towers wrapped on both side with rich greens cape and tree line.

CONCEPT
LEGEND ACTIVITY ZONE CENTRAL LAWN VEHICAL CIRCULATION DROP OFF MECHINCAL PARKING PEDESTRAIN CONNECTION
Site is surrounded by low-rise and placed in between of neighbourhood roads. Landscape area proposed is very compact and surrounded by car parking. We propose to create a small enclosed space in order to separate a city environment out from residences privacy. From natural environments interpretation, we propose to plants a layer of greenery & tall trees to create the internal room.
25
24/3 ALIPORE TOWER, Kolkata
Planting slope connected from boundary slope down to the end at small strip of water features in front of lobby terrace. Combined with high nice column of tree trunks, Dalbegia Cochin chinesis, could maintain visual linkage to outward form lobby but creates an invisible layer of boundary that provides more of privacy.
The combination of plantings with a little sound from water feature, space has been interpreted from natural environment space and becomes cosy welcoming space.
Main landscape area is visible through stainless steel tube fence all along the length of front side. Stainless steel tubes have been arranged in grid composition. The density arrangement of tube in various patterns has created rhythm and front fence becomes more interesting.

The proposed composition played with the existing ground levels to bring them to the same line, and by this – a new expanded area has been disclosed. This proof of clever land use management has also saved space and opened up the perspectives to and from the rectangle.

Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution.
