In the White levels, swimmers will learn the technical aspects of all four of the competitive strokes, be introduced to training concepts, and develop skills needed for competition. In the more advanced Blue and Red levels, swimmers will build upon elements previously learned; continuing to improve technique, expanding on knowledge of training concepts, and refining skills for competition. Swimmers must follow the practice schedule for their assigned group. All practices are at Deerfield High School.
