As a teen actor, Kel Mitchell found success in the “Kenan & Kel” TV series and the film “Good Burger.” Mitchell is all grown up and has undertaken various roles. He recently stepped behind the camera to write and direct “She Is Not My Sister,” a faith-based film. “Faith is what I live by in everything that I do,” he says.  PAGE

Local football legend Vince Young has signed a free agent contract with the Buffalo Bills. The star quarterback at Madison High School and the University of Texas is expected to battle for the right to back up starter Ryan Fitzpatrick. “I am looking forward to playing with the guys and helping where I am needed,” Young says.  PAGE 14
