Architect with background formation in business administration and project management, Felipe has experience with all project development phases, as from the scope definition up to the delivery stage. With his experience, costumers have the guarantee of receiving an integral and comprehensive assistance in understanding the entire development of a project. Felipe is a proactive leader; able to solve complex situations, understanding different stakeholders and scopes, ensuring correct communication and visibility to the project. He is also a commercial leader, interacting with all levels in organizations, transforming their needs and concerns in new projects. Felipe has worked in the construction and design fields, being responsible of directing, coordinating and supervising more than 229,500 built square meters worth and executed USD$254 million in over more than forty projects. His experience includes institutional, educational, corporate, private, and public projects.
