Who or what is GREATSOFT-ASSIST? The GreatSoft strategic team spent most of 2014 researching and preparing for the launch of an exciting new division of GreatSoft called GreatSoft-Assist which will focus on additional value added products that we will be able to offer our clients. We are proud to announce that GreatSoft-ASSIST has finally launched. To coin what Richard Branson advocates; GreatSoft CRM is the tree and GreatSoft-Assist becomes one of the branches/extensions to the tree. GreatSoft- ASSIST is a provider of niche, high quality, best of breed, approved and effective products and services for our GreatSoft clients and in turn, their clients. The purpose of establishing Fee Assist is to provide an Accounting Practice with a Fee-Funding Solution. Fee Assist provides a monthly payment option you can offer your clients as a payment alternative for your invoiced fees. It provides your Accounting Practice with necessary Cash Flow upfront by allowing your clients to meet the terms of your invoice, without the need for a lump sum payment. Fee Assist is a positive cash flow solution for both parties. Your Accounting Practice receives your fees upfront and your client pays in more manageable monthly installments over a period of ten months. The process commences with you submitting clients to the service. Upon approval, after the required credit checks, you will be paid up front. Essentially, you debit your client’s nominated bank account with their first installment and then GreatSoft – Fee Assist pay you upfront, your fees in full.
