CLIENT BRIEF
OFFICES & SHOWROOMS COMMON AREAS CIRCULATION BASEMENT PARKING NATURAL GROUND LEVEL
The Client required a flexible commercial building which could be let out to one, two, three or four tenants, at any one time. The solution was to create a central circulation core linking all common spaces, from which one could access one’s unit. The central core also provides access for all tenants to the semi-submerged, naturally ventilated basement parking area, with visitor parking provided in the forecourt.
