About Us DEKAP Decorative and Industrial Coating started its activities in 2009, when a family of 4 steps into the coating industry. Our target is to provide high quality and effective service and increase the efficiency and quality of coating services significantly by following the latest technologies in the coating industry. We achieved success with our intensive R&D projects, collaborations with different sectors and our expert team in the plating industry that we started to serve with gold plating. Today, we believe that success in our sector, as in every field, follows technology and read the developments correctly. We started our intensive research studies on PVD coating, the area of ​use of which is increasing in the industrial industry. By switching to PVD coating technology used in many sectors since 2017, we proved our expertise in this field after the necessary machinery and equipment investment. What is PVD Coating? PVD coating, in its shortest definition, is to evaporate the appropriate alloys with the effect of heat and concentrate on the metal surface, which is desired to be strengthened as a thin film layer. For this reason, this set of thin film vacuum deposition methods is called "Physical Vapor Deposition". The most applied coating process is Titanium Nitride (TiN). PVD coating method has many advantages over other coating methods. It adheres very strongly on the coated material and no adverse effects such as spillage are observed. It is also suitable for outdoor use. In addition, there is no abrasion in corners and sharp edges. The coating layer has a thickness in the range of 1-5 microns. It can be preferred easily in the sectors where sensitive tolerance is applied, such as the automotive industry. Coatings have the ability to be removed and re-coated.
