Murder on the Dance Floor a Murder Mystery

In the glitter-filled world of the nation’s favourite dancing competition, no one expects a murder on the dance floor… The showbiz world was shocked by the brutal death of singer Lady Yaya as she prepared for the final show. Now, months later, the annual meal ahead of the Live Tour brings the cast and crew back together. Will one – or more – of you turn out to be the murderer? The suspects are (in alphabetical order): ARCHIE “TANGO” TANNER-GOLDING – You are a retired English Rugby captain with no previous dance training despite your nickname. You took part in Series 15 of Strictly Prancing with your pro-dancer Sal Sarre. Costume suggestion: You’re trying to keep your rugby fame alive so do like to wear your kit (and gum-shield) however the show has rubbed off on you so a smart outfit would be equally appropriate. BELLA RAYNER - You are one of the judges on Strictly Prancing. Previously you were a prima-ballerina and this series of the show was your first. Costume suggestion: You are always extremely well presented with a high sense of yourself and style. A dress with a touch of sparkle would be appropriate but in an understated way – you have class... class and stunning jewellery. EMMA YARDLEY- You are one of the main producers on the show. You’ve been in the production team for years but this was your first series heading up the live shows. Costume suggestion: Whilst you are part of the Strictly family, you don’t really do sequins. You dress professionally and smartly for the meal (a dress or a suit). You would have your ‘production crew’ access badge.

FRED ÉCLAIR - You are one of the professional dancers and were partnered with the very dead Lady Yaya. You’ve been on the show a number of times but this was your first year in the final… and your first murdered partner. Costume suggestion: You identity is very much in your dancing (you were an International Latin Champion) and so you love to wear your dancing costumes. GASTON con DUIT - You are the rather eccentric ballroom star of the pro-dancers as well as an audience favourite on the show since the first series. You were dancing with Mary Cherie this year. Costume suggestion: You always aim for dapper and charming so a suit and bowtie would be fitting. You could always bring a walking cane too. MARY CHERIE- You are celebrity chef; your bakery skills have made you a national treasure. You were also a finalist in this series of Strictly and performed with Gaston con Duit. Costume suggestion: You like a floral pattern & have a delicate style. You also like to carry a bottle of rose-water or vanilla essence with you for emergencies. PATRICE DOBLE - You are a Frenchman working closely with Emma, the producer, as the main camera man for the live shows. You started on French TV before moving to work on Strictly Prancing. Costume suggestion: Your style is fairly low-key but you have made a slight effort to be smart in your haphazard sort of way so a scruffy shirt and tie would work. MISS SAL SARRE - You are one of the show’s most popular prodancers with a flamboyant style. You won the show this year with your dance partner Archie “Tango” Tanner-Golding. Costume suggestion: Your glitzy personality is matched by your dress sense – sequins, frills, colour, jewels anything goes for the queen of the ballroom.
