Our Reverse Engineering team at Standard Machine has the expertise and capability to reverse engineer all types of gears and gearboxes using our state-of-the-art portable CMM (Co-ordinate Measuring Machines). Our Faro Quantum 8’ Arm is capable of measurements from 1/8” to 8’ and our Leica AT402 Absolute Tracker is capable of measurements from 2” to 1,000’, both light enough to fly commercial airlines allowing us to come to you. This valuable service provides you with the options you need for choosing a high-quality cost saving alternative source to the OEM.

Machining is another specialty service at Standard Machine with large capacities including a 40’ long horizontal lathe, a 10-metre boring mill and a 25’ vertical lathe.
