Surviving A Pandemic Cierra Halphen

Wishing that one day the good news would be that the virus is gone I wake up every day worried about the safety of my family, friends, essential workers and non this cannot be what is meant when someone says “Make America Great” Reading about all the people who are dying from the virus makes my heart ache Panic starts to rise inside of your chest and all you can do is hope and pray for the best Uncles, aunts, cousins, and close friends become infected with the virus you never believed in especially when you find out that loved one is sick Being separated from the people you love can be a real hassle When all you must do is take it day by day People go through life thinking they are strong enough to handle anything that comes their way Making many people walk around feeling nothing but defeat Stocking up on sanitizer, masks, Lysol, and meat but when I need to shop for my house, I get looked at like I have issues The whole world is going crazy by hoarding groceries and different brands of tissues staying inside everyday makes me want to scream and shout No family visits, meeting with friends are out, Weeks and days go by as the stay-at-home order remains in place
