The pandemic experience and the post-pandemic world have pushed mental health to the forefront of many peoples’ experiences. The economic impacts of the past few years are significant, and many people in Delta are finding their mental health struggles increasing while their income and financial stability are decreasing.

The funds for the program have been heavily used in the past year, and so at the beginning of December, Alongside You initiated a fundraiser for their Step Forward Program, a program that provides subsidized mental
