Mushroom and Arugula Whole Wheat Pizza Ingredients: 1 whole wheat tortilla 2 Tbsp. tomato paste ½ tsp. Italian seasonings 1/3 cup mushrooms, chopped ¼ cup tomatoes, chopped 2 Tbsp. Fresh basil, chopped 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese (skim), shredded ½ cup Fresh Arugula
Directions: Makes 1 serving. Preheat oven 425 degrees F. Pierce tortilla w/knife and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 2 mins or until crisp. Spread tomato paste evenly on tortilla. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, layer mushrooms, tomatoes, fresh basil and cheese. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese has melted. Top pizza w/fresh Arugula.
