Confirmed familiarity with concept of TOD So: cognitive learning effects relatively small Affective & communicative effects larger SprintCity not a tool for agenda-setting But for engaging with each other in complex governance situation • Understanding not only what TOD is, but how various parties have to cooperate to make it happen

• Real ambitions and targets for urban development are incorporated, as well as restrictions • Relevant economic scenario’s are applied (real estate market) • Stakeholders participate, discuss TOD with each other and share their ambitions and knowledge • Some stakeholders are afraid that new insights may hamper existing plans • Some stakeholders do not want to participate • Follow-up: unclear what will happen after learning
