Akira™ WorkBenches with Machinery

The AkiraTM WorkBenches with Machinery use the AkiraTM heavy-duty frame to provide systems with fully integrated extraction, safety-stop switches, and storage – all powered by a single 16A plug. These systems use a specialist castor which provides easy movement in transit, but also excellent stability through vibrationdampening pads.

Quick Blade Change

The system makes it easy to change a blade when required. The real benefit comes when doing piercing work. The blade can be quickly released, fed through another part of the workpiece, and clamped up again.

Static workbenches

Our range of premium workbenches for educational workshops are suitable for all aspects of teaching resistant materials.

They are constructed from a fully welded, powder coated steel frame and a solid beech top with a reversible tool well. These benches are also fitted with 4 x 7-inch woodworking vices for convenience with the option of 3-inch metalwork vices which fit into the woodwork vices.

These benches are available in a square 4 person bench, an adjustable height version and a 6 person hexagonal bench.
