These traditional sausages made of chitterlings are honoured by a special fair each year on the third Monday of February in Val-d'Ajol, a date established in former times by Louis Phillipe for cattle-market. In a friendly atmosphere, the festivities take place over three days from Saturday to Monday night.

Jedes Jahr am 3.Montag im Februar (ein Datum,das einstmals von Louis Philipe für einen Viehmarkt festgelegt wurde) findet La Foire aux Andouilles im Val-d'Ajol statt.
