How to use your new site The information in this section will help you when directing your customers through the site. We have tried to make the site as easy to navigate as possible. If you do have any suggestions that will help benefit you and other site owners then please let us know. This site is built with you in mind, for you and for your customers. Home page Insert image/screen grab The home page has been designed so site visitors can easily navigate their way around. You will see there are a number of items that will either prompt further action or give options to the visitor to find their product of choice.

On the top menu your customers can find the product of choice through a number of means:
Categories These give more detail to the type of supplement e.g. fat burner, protein powders etc.
Goal What are your customers trying to achieve? Lose some weight? Gain muscle? This is where our goal selection will come in handy and present only the supplements that will help them achieve their desired goal.
Brand If they have a preferred brand, and we know some do, then easily find them using the brand tab. We constantly grow our brand selection and work hard with the best brands in the market. We are always open to your suggestions on who we should work with next.
Sport/Activity We know that fitness is not just personal training or in the gym. We have created a selection of supplements that will aid your customer in their chosen sport.
Bundles Our supplement experts have coupled together a selection of bundles that will complement the hardworking fitness enthusiast. We have bundles for all occasions designed to help maximise potential.

Product Pages When making a choice – Goal, Category, Brand, Sport, Activity or Bundle – you will be presented with a few on page options to help further tailor the selection to your needs. On the left of the page you can narrow your search options by using our slider to adjust the price you want to pay and you also have the option to further filter your choices by category, brand and goal.
We have also added some sort options which will help make your selection even easier. You can sort by price high to low and low to high and also product name A to Z and Z to A. Simple yet effective, our aim is to minimise the time it takes to find the supplement you are searching for.

Product Selection Once you have found the product or bundle you want you will be presented with further information to ensure that your product is in fact the right one for you.
We have made it easy to identify the size and flavour of your selection and also let you know what the price you pay is against the standard cost of the supplement. The below elements to the page will give an overview to the product, inform you of how to use it properly and importantly give you information on the nutritional contents. Once you are happy with your selection then you can simply add it to your cart.

The shopping cart process We have thought long and hard about the shopping cart process and we want to make it as easy as possible. So, our simple checkout process will ensure that your order is dealt with, quickly.
Within you basket summary you have a few options:
Navigate to other products If you want to continue shopping, simply do so as your basket will stay as is until you checkout.
More of the same If you want more than one of your selected products then use the quantity element to increase or decrease the number in your order.
Postage We offer two postage options to suit your needs. Standard – 3-5 days Express – 1-2 days All orders come with a tracking code and order confirmations that will be sent to the email address provided in the next screen. All we would say is that if you make a mistake – we know it happens – then follow our clear order support process shown at the top of the website.

Delivery Information We can deliver the supplements to a location that suits you. By entering your requirements in this screen our team will make sure that your item is delivered to you without any fuss.
Payment Finally it is time to pay for your supplements. We understand that your payment information needs to be safe and secure. We have opted to work with Sage Pay as our gateway and have the reassurance that by using a market leader your details are kept safe.

If your card address is different to your billing address then this will need to be updated. If not then once happy you will be directed to (if applicable) the additional security protocol ‘verified by…’ Once this is complete then congratulations, your order has been placed and you will receive notification via email. It is then down to our team to pick, pack and prepare your order for delivery. Once dispatched you will get another notification that your order is on its way – If there are any problems (which we hope not) then our team will be in touch to discuss these with you.
