Partnerships

We are proud to be able to support a number of ambassadors, organisations and events across the South Coast. The Hendy Tunbridge Wells Half Marathon was able to go ahead last February and the Hendy Wessex Heartbeat Cycle Sportive also took place in October, but the Hendy Eastleigh 10k in March was postponed. We supply vehicles to several big sporting names, a number of whom we have been working with for a few years now. We are delighted to see them continue to come back to Hendy for their vehicle needs. Among our ambassadors are former Team GB hockey captain and gold medal winner Alex Danson, fellow Olympian and cyclist Dani Rowe and LPGA golfer and British Open champion Georgia Hall.

Teenage racing sensation James Hedley had a fantastic season on the track as he completed the British F4 season with four poles, four race wins, six fastest laps, seven podiums and one triple crown. We’re supporting him on the road to F1; his kit and car bears the Hendy name.

We became the official motor partner of AFC Bournemouth during the 2019/20 season and were thrilled to continue this partnership into this season as they fight to get back into the Premier League. We have significant branding at the Vitality Stadium and have also been involved outside of their league campaign, hosting their AFC Business networking event at our Jaguar Land Rover showroom in Christchurch. Not only that, this season we have been able to provide their media team with a Ford Tourneo Custom so they can travel to away games in style. Hendy Group has been named as official supporter of Hampshire Cricket for the 2021 season. We have supported Hampshire Cricket and its players for a number of years and as part of the agreement, the first team players will have the Hendy name on their shirts for the Men’s One Day Cup and the T20 Blast together with advertising in the ground and a social media presence. This year we are also sponsoring Árón Taylor-Smith in the British Touring Car Championship. Árón, a seven-season veteran, is competing as part of Team HARD in a CUPRA Leon. With prominent branding on Árón’s car, helmet, racesuit and in his BTCC garage, this sponsorship is perfectly timed with the recent launch of our CUPRA dealership in Brighton.
