ASPIRATIONS SERIES 3

External Features

• Choice of PGH clay bricks from DFH Series 1 range with natural colour rolled mortar joints.

• Choice of colour–on concrete roof tiles in either LUTUM ‘Macquarie’ or ‘Slimline’ profiles from DFH Series 1 range.

• Maintenance free Colorbond fascia, barges, gutter and downpipes with colour selected from Colorbond standard range. Gutters in slotted quad profile.

• Brickwork above all front façade windows and entry door unless feature cladding is integral to the front façade.

• Clear glazed maintenance free aluminium windows and sliding doors in a choice of powdercoat colours (colour range may be dependent on window types to achieve 7 star rating) – A&L Windows.

• Keyed locks to all opening window sashes.

Doors and Door Furniture

• Gainsborough Ambassador (540AMBBCS) entry door lever lock set in bright chrome to front door, external garage door and internal garage access door.

• Designer Corinthian Slimlite front entry door (PSLM208).

• Redicote PMDF flush panel internal doors to all rooms, cupboards and robes (as indicated on drawings).

• Plaster openings to walk-in robes.

• Gainsborough Ambassador passage lever (500AMBBCV) set to doors and dummy sets (505AMBBCS) to cupboards and robe doors all in bright chrome. Radius flush pulls (Gainsborough 390BCC) to cavity sliding doors (if indicated on drawings).

• All hinged doors include chrome hinges, latches and striker plates.

• External sliding door/s with keyed lock (as indicated on drawings).

• Cushioned plastic door stops included.

Internal Features

• 75mm standard cove cornice to ceilings throughout dwelling and garage.

• Pre–primed MDF 67 x 18 architraves and 67 x 18 skirtings in ‘Single Bevel’ profile.

• Two coat paint system with walls painted in low sheen acrylic and ceilings painted in premium acrylic flat paint.

• All internal woodwork and panel doors painted in gloss enamel finish.

• Choice of paint colours from DFH Series 1 with one colour to ceiling, one colour to walls and one colour to woodwork.
