We'll now prepare your contract within 5* weeks following final and complete sales paperwork submission so you can't start building sooner.

‘Aspirations Rapid promotion is available on Aspirations Rapid Series homes with standard inclusions and explicitly excludes Aspiration standard home designs. This promotion is only available to eligible customers who sign an Authority to Proceed and pay an Initial Fee from 1 October to 31 December 2024, unless extended, and is subject to stock availability.
*The five (5) weeks to contract time period starts from ‘Final and complete sales paperwork’ submission.
Aspirations RAPID Series homes process:
If you have titled land (or titling in 60 days) then simple;
1: Choose an Aspirations Series home standard floorplan and facade.
2: Personalise your home with a range of predesigned structural upgrade options.
3: Choose any pre-approved standard new home upgrades.
4: Choose from a diverse range of stylish, contemporary on-trend colour palettes.
To be eligible, the customer must :
• have registered and titled land, or title must occur within 60 days of payment of Initial Fee;
• choose an Aspirations Series home standard floorplan and façade (customer must not request structural changes to the standard floorplan or changes to windows or external doors, except for those outlined in the pre-selected structural design upgrades schedule – see your Sales Consultant for details);
• choose from a pre-selected set of standard structural design upgrades – see your Sales Consultant for details;
• choose from a pre-selected set of home upgrades and colour schedules.
Dennis Family Homes will use all reasonable endeavours to prepare building contracts for eligible customers within five weeks from submission of documentation deemed by DFH to be ‘final and complete sales paperwork’.
“Rapid” Customers will not attend Showroom colour appointments.

Flooring - Complete Flooring Pack 2
Series 1 timber look laminate to entry through to kitchen, meals and family areas and Series 1 carpet to remaining areas (wet areas remain standard ceramic floor tiles. Series 2 carpet to double storey homes).
