UNDER CONSTRUCTION
^A non-refundable initial payment of $3,000 applies for knock-down rebuild lots; vacant lots located in inner-urban areas; or where the land is greater than 4,000m2 in size (Initial Payment). For further information, speak to a Dennis Family Homes Sales Consultant. *Colour Showroom appointments are a $500 variation for Aspirations Series purchases. Building your dream home

Pay your initial $1,500 deposit.^

You will sign off your sales paperwork with your Sales Consultant.

You will be introduced to your Pre-site Coordinator. We will book your Showroom Tour. Additional fees may apply.*

Your file is accepted and our Colour Consultant will book your Colour Appointment.*

Our team will do a technical review of your file. You will sign off your final Estimate Variations.

Tour our amazing Showroom.*
→ You will attend your Colour Appointment.* And sign off your Colour Variations.

Sales Consultant will book your contract signing appointment.
→
Sign your HIA contract and pay the balance of the 5% deposit.
→
Obtain your Finance Approval.
→
Sign off any Post-Contract Variations (if required).
→
We will apply for Developer Approval and Energy Rating.
→ We will apply for your Building Permit.
→
You will sign off your Final Drawings.
→
Have a pre-site meeting with your Construction Supervisor.
→
FRAME STAGE COMPLETE Pay a 15% progress payment.
→
SLAB STAGE COMPLETE Pay a 10% progress payment.
→
We start building your new home.
→ LOCK-UP STAGE COMPLETE Pay a 35% progress payment.
→
FIX-OUT STAGE COMPLETE Pay a 25% progress payment.
→
COMPLETION AND HANDOVER Pay a 10% final payment.
→ 6 Months after moving in we do a complimentary Home Service.
