EXTERIOR When building your dream home, there are many important exterior features to consider. We’ve got you covered for everything including stylish aluminium, low maintenance windows, termite protection, and garden taps, just to name a few. Painted 4.5mm fibre cement sheeting infill with 42x19mm trim to top of brickwork above windows and doors (as indicated on plans). All surface site works based on a level building allotment of up to 650m2 with stormwater, sewer, mains gas, mains water and underground power connections based on a maximum 6m home setback from the relevant point at the site boundary and availability.
