Duo-Focus Technology I. Merging of luminous fields by swivelling the reflectors inside the lamp housing

II. Focusing by moving the halogen bulbs inside the reflector

F-models of Dr. Mach lamps feature merging of the individual light fields by turning the sterilisable handle.

DF-models include both functions, merging of luminous field and focusing. Focusing is done by turning the ring at the top of the sterilisable handle.

Merging of the light fields of each reflector to one field is done by swivelling the reflectors. The light fields overlap.

Focusing is done by moving the bulbs inside the single reflectors. The light field may be adapted exactly to the size of the wound. It is posibile to illuminate specific points in the deepest wound channels with high intensity light.

Dr. Mach light system R 96

Ra is an average of R1 = burnt pink, R2 = mustard yellow, R 3 = yellowish green, R4 = light-green, R5 = turquoise blue, R 6 = violet, R 7 = aster, R 8 = lilac. Maximum value = 100. R9 > 90 is the value of the rendering of the colour red. This index is not used in calculating the general colour rendering index Ra. The values for conventional operating room lamps are between 20 and 70. Maximum value = 100. Values above 90 allow the surgeon to recognize details better in the area of the wound.

MACH 380 F/DF Operating light, mobile

MACH 380 F/DF The previously unattainable colour renditition Ra = 96 and R9=90 makes it easy for you to see the tiniest nuances of colour in tissue, especialy in the red and yellow range. The colour spectrum of the wound is rendered naturally and with ample contrast. Which means visibly improved identification of details. This operating room lamp clearly provides welcome relief for your eyes.
