Marketing and Graphic Design In House Photo Studio Our facility is equipped with an in-house photo studio and a full time photographer. This is an excellent tool to have in our fast paced industry. By having this available to us, we can cut, sew and photograph a new style and have it online within a few days.

Website Our website is designed to show our customers our full line of uniforms by sport category. Combined with our ability to design and photograph in-house it allows us to quickly add new “In-Season styles to our site.

Color Mock Up Creator This is a very useful tool that complements our website and gives our customers the ability to view our line of uniforms, select a style and view the style in their own team colors..

Server Stack Management In modern data management all information passes through servers. No matter how you have decided to contact Speedline, your call, fax, email, or video passes through our server stack. Having servers properly configured and connected is very important. We will be using Ubuntu 11.04, with an Apache/MySql server stack for our day to day server routing requirements. We also have two additional rack mount servers that function as a print server, and an application server.

Hot Phone Our current VOIP phone system (Samsung OfficeServ 7400) gives us the ability to send an IP hot phone to your location. Connect the phone to the internet and be able to have one-touch access to your Speedline Representative.

Video Conference Sometimes a phone call is not enough, some situations require a faceto-face meeting. We are able to conduct video conferencing using any computer with a webcam and Skype installed.

Custom Programming Our IT team is constantly evaluating new software for its practical business applications. We are able to develop solutions that allow direct online order entry and sales management. Having the ability to custom program applications that remove redundancy will increase productivity and profit.

Order Entry Gateways/System Integration Whether your sales managers prefer to submit orders via fax, e-mail, or online entry: we have a solution to fit their needs. We are able to work with your existing system, or use open source solutions like OpenBravo as a gateway between our two organizations. Custom web interfaces could also be programmed to make the transfer of order related information and artwork completely smooth.

Custom Reporting Track your sales progress with any number of standard or custom reports. Reports can be generated for any type of data in any time period. If a report does not exist a call to the IT department and your report will be created. Reports can be auto-created and e-mailed for review.

Photo Studio Speedline has an “In-House” photo studio where we photograph all our custom uniforms for our marketing team. The studio gives us a timing advantage for “In-Season” new styles with immediate access to our website and sales opportunity to our customers. We feel our studio is an important asset to our customers. For new styles, your designer could work directly with our tech designer/pattern maker via video conferencing in the studio. Rather than sending samples back and forth for approval your team could view your style on a model and decide appearance and fit. Changes can be made on the spot if necessary and approvals could be immediate as if we were all standing in the same room.

(2). Weight: Square yard pieces of each new lot are auto cut and weighed to insure approved weight specifications are met.
