Bienvenidos Amigos participantes El interés de fortalecer la organización del Torneo Internacional de Pesca Deportiva de Manzanillo es compartido por el Gobierno del Estado de Colima, el Ayuntamiento de Manzanillo, Autoridades Civiles y Militares, así como patrocinadores y se demuestra con el apoyo en la promoción y premiación para incrementar el atractivo tradicional que el evento representa para los deportistas pescadores del Pez Vela, Marlin, Dorado y Atún.

Queremos comentar en esta oportunidad que los invitamos para que, ante las autoridades responsables, sigamos insistiendo en reforzar la conciencia ecológica y el sentido de responsabilidad, necesarios para no alterar los sistemas biológicos marinos, de cuya preservación y cuidado depende el futuro de nuestra propia especie.

REGLAMENTO OFICIAL Este torneo que celebraremos los días 18, 19, 20 y 21 de noviembre de 2015 está abierto a todos aquellos pescadores que al inscribirse se obligan ya como concursantes a leer, conocer entender, cumplir y someterse al presente reglamento y a las decisiones del Juez. A las leyes, reglamentos y normas contemplados por las autoridades federales: SAGARPA (Ley de pesca, su Reglamento y la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-017-PESC-1994); SCT a través de la Capitanía de Puerto (Ley de navegación y su Reglamento, Ley de Turismo Náutico y la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-034-SCT4-1999); SEMAR-ARMADA DE MEXICO (Ley Federal del Mar; sin perjuicio de las atribuciones que correspondan a otras dependencias de la Administración Pública Federal, Estatal y Municipal. El desconocimiento de este reglamento no lo exime de su cumplimiento. Cualquier violación de este, es bajo su propia responsabilidad, las sanciones se aplicarán de acuerdo a las leyes vigentes en nuestro país y las contenidas en este reglamento. El Deportivo de Pesca Manzanillo A.C. se reserva el derecho de denunciar por fraude y lo que resulte ante las autoridades competentes a quien o quienes pretendieran acceder a los premios ofrecidos mediante medios distintos a los aceptados en este reglamento.

Las Inscripciones estará abiertas a partir del día 1 de agosto del presente año, en nuestras oficias ubicadas en la Playa de San Pedrito s/n, Col. Burócrata, al Tel/Fax: +52 (314) 332-7399; los pescadores foráneos podrán inscribirse depositando el costo total de la inscripción en Banco Santander, cuenta tradicional No. 65-50082639-2 a nombre de Deportivo de Pesca Manzanillo A. C., y enviando por fax la ficha de depósito o al mail: pescamanzanillo@hotmail.com, junto con todos sus datos personales, nombre del equipo y nombre de la embarcación en la que participará.

El importe de la inscripción será de $35,500.00 mn por equipo, hasta el 30 de septiembre, posteriormente tendrá un costo de $38,500.00 hasta el 31 de octubre; a partir del día 1 de noviembre y hasta el día de inicio del torneo el costo será de $40,500.00 mn por equipo, conformado por 4 pescadores máximo y dos pescadores, por esta ocasión no habrá restricción en el límite de cañas a usar. Solo se aceptará efectivo en moneda nacional, transferencia bancaria o cheque certificado. Una vez inscrito en el torneo por ningún motivo se devolverá el importe de inscripción ni será transferible a otro equipo.

PREMIOS. Se premiarán CUATRO CATEGORÍAS:

4.1).- MAREA CHICA. Se nombrará CAMPEÓN al equipo que logre el mayor peso acumulado de capturas válidas de Pez Vela, Marlín Rayado, Atún (atún aleta amarilla menor o igual a 60.00 kg) y Dorado durante los tres días de competencia. En caso de empate, se definirá al ganador por la suma de los largos de las capturas.

4.2).- MAREA GRANDE. Se nombrará ganador al equipo que logre el mayor peso acumulado de capturas válidas de Marlin Azul, Marlin Negro y Atún (atún aleta amarilla mayor a 60.00 kg) durante los tres días de competencia. En caso de empate, se definirá al ganador por la suma de los largos de las capturas.

4.3).- CAPTURA Y LIBERA PREMIO. Se nombrará ganador al equipo que logre la mayor puntuación conforme al reglamento de esta categoría, basada en las liberaciones comprobadas de picudos y consiste en una bolsa de $ 25,000.00 MN. En caso de empate, la bolsa se repartirá entre los equipos que hayan empatado.

4.4).- PEZ VELA MAS PESADO DEL DIA, se obsequiará una bolsa de $ 25,000.00 MN en efectivo al pez vela registrado más pesado de cada día. En caso de empate, lo decidirá el largo y si persiste lo decidirá el contorno. Si aun así el empate persiste será el ganador quien lo haya presentado primero en tiempo.

Al inscribirse el equipo participante deberá: a) Presentar el permiso individual de pesca de cada uno de los integrantes del equipo, vigente a los días del torneo. b) Registrar las cañas que utilizará y entregar muestra de su línea, debiendo ser ésta de monofilamento de nylon o dacrón hasta 80 lb. de resistencia máxima. Solo se aceptan líneas GSP o SPECTRA si estas son utilizadas como cama baja o “backing” en la bobina y utilizando un “top shot” o empate de monofilamento de resistencia hasta 80 lb. de longitud no menor a 25 ml. Cada equipo de pesca será inspeccionado conforme a lo anterior y se le colocará una calcomanía especial que lo identificará como equipo registrado. La resistencia y material de la línea utilizada como backing queda a discreción del pescador. c) Registrar la embarcación en la que participará. d) Nombrar un capitán de equipo, quien será el representante de este ante el comité organizador durante la competencia.

Por seguridad del concursante no podrá salir a pescar ninguna embarcación que no cuente con equipo de radio comunicación funcionando a bordo (VHF y GPS) y teléfono celular. Les recordamos que el canal # 16 es exclusivo para emergencias; la ley de telecomunicaciones prohíbe su uso para comunicación trivial entre particulares.

Todas las embarcaciones deberán cumplir con el Certificado de Seguridad Marítima; el personal de Capitanía de Puerto hará las inspecciones correspondientes. Así como su Bitácora de Pesca Deportiva las embarcaciones prestadoras de Servicios. Personal de CONAPESCA registrará diariamente dichas bitácoras y al finalizar el evento deberán entregarlas a dicha autoridad.

Los concursantes deberán estar presentes en las instalaciones de la Marina del Hotel Las Hadas el día miércoles 18 de noviembre a las 20:00 hrs. para JUNTA DE CAPITANES y firma de comprendido y aceptado el reglamento; posteriormente celebraremos la INAUGURACIÓN OFICIAL por parte de las autoridades estatales, municipales, civiles y militares. Los días 19, 20 y 21 de noviembre la salida será a las 7:00 a. m., Sin excepción: todas las embarcaciones concursantes deberán esperar la orden de salida del Juez y no se permitirá a ninguna embarcación salir de otro lugar.

Para poder salir a pescar, cada equipo deberá recoger en la mesa de registro su “tabla de salida” dicha tabla es blanca y se encuentra numerada. Al regresar, si obtuvieron captura, es indispensable intercambiarla por una “tabla roja” para pesaje, en una lancha que estará fondeada en las cercanías y que portará un banderín de este Deportivo de Pesca. La lancha dejará de intercambiar tablas puntualmente a las 17:00 hrs. obedeciendo la señal del juez. Los equipos deberán presentar la tabla roja al juez junto con sus capturas como prueba de su arribo a tiempo para proceder a su peso y registro. Si el equipo no obtuvo capturas podrá entregar la tabla de salida, ya sea en la mencionada lancha o en la mesa de registro, pero entregarla es obligatorio pues funge como aviso de buen arribo. Si se hace a la mar sin la tabla de salida se le descalificará por el día.

La pesca se efectuará en mar abierto cercano al Puerto de Manzanillo y dentro de la franja que marca la Ley para la pesca deportiva.

El Comité Organizador bajo ninguna circunstancia se hace responsable de cualquier accidente que pudieran sufrir los concursantes o las embarcaciones durante los días del torneo. Cada participante asume por cuenta propia los riesgos del mar.

En apoyo a la conservación de las especies reservadas a la pesca deportiva, las especies que calificarán y las tallas mínimas para registro son: Pez Vela 25 Kg., Marlin Rayado 30 kg., Azul y Negro 80 kg.

Dorado 10 Kg. y Atun Aleta Amarilla 10 kg. Aplicará penalización por peso no alcanzado, de manera que si una captura no alcanza la talla mínima, no será válida además de que el peso que le hubo faltado para alcanzar la talla mínima, le será restado del total de peso acumulado de capturas válidas del equipo. Toda captura reportada como tal, deberá ser presentada a la báscula y de no ser presentada se le aplicará al equipo una penalización correspondiente a la talla mínima de la especie reportada.

CAPTURA Y LIBERA (PICUDOS). En este torneo premiaremos la 12 liberación de los picudos, dando pasos para lograr cada vez torneos de pesca más sustentables. La mecánica es la siguiente y aplica solo a las especies de PICUDOS: Por cada marlin azul o negro satisfactoriamente liberado y dicha liberación correctamente sustentada con lo exigido en la regla 18 (video grabación) se le otorgarán 20 puntos a la cuenta del equipo; por cada marlin rayado liberado se le otorgarán 15 puntos y por cada pez vela serán 10 puntos a la suma del equipo. Solo se considera liberación cuando el leader haya sido tomado en mano. El video deberá mostrar claramente la tabla de salida y el pez nadando libre.

Los límites máximos de capturas serán cumpliendo los impuestos por la Ley de Pesca y su reglamento vigente. NOM-017-PESC-1994 como sigue: 1 picudo por pescador + 4 dorados + 4 atunes por equipo por día.

La báscula abrirá a las 12:00 hrs. y cerrará después de que sea pesado el último equipo con tabla roja. (ver regla # 9)

Los peces deberán ser capturados con carnada o señuelo y serán acercados a la embarcación sin más ayuda que el carrete y la caña, 15 solo se permitirán 4.50 m. de sedal doble y otros tantos de leader de alambre o monofilamento; la suma de los dos no deberá exceder de 9.00m.

Los peces discrecionalmente serán objeto de minucioso examen 16 por parte de Biólogos designados por CONAPESCA (serán abiertos para su estudio y examen, por ejemplo: que no presenten cuerpos extraños dentro del pescado como: botellas, hielo, productos químicos, piedras, metales, etc., o conservados por medios artificiales como enhielados, congelados, salmueras, etc.). en caso de que se verifique alguna anomalía se hará del conocimiento del Juez del torneo quien emitirá su fallo correspondiente por lo que las boletas de pesaje serán o no firmadas después de dicho examen.

Los equipos concursantes deberán reportar al operador de la mesa de radio por el canal VHF #22 los siguientes datos cada vez que estén trabajando alguna especie: a) Nombre del pescador, nombre del equipo y nombre de la embarcación, fecha y hora cuando se inicie a trabajar alguna especie. b) Posición de la embarcación marcada en el GPS. c) Hora en que la especie es embarcada o liberada. d) La medida de la longitud en metros del animal según se indica en el diagrama. (para esto es necesario que cada equipo lleve a bordo una cinta métrica) Al mismo tiempo, la acción de medición deberá ser filmada. e) Informar si el equipo decide liberar la presa para su conteo. f) Favor de respetar el mencionado canal VHF #22 para realizar estos reportes cómoda y eficientemente.

En este torneo de pesca es tan importante lograr las capturas como el comprobar que fueron logradas en base a este reglamento. Esta regla es tan importante que podrá invalidar capturas legítimas si no se presentan las pruebas contundentes como sigue: Los equipos concursantes deberán llevar a bordo mínimo una videocámara digital para presentar las video grabaciones como prueba de la captura; se deberá filmar lo antes posible desde el momento del strike, cuando se está trabajando, el momento en que es puesto a bordo de la embarcación, y muy en especial cuando se da el reporte correspondiente por radio a la base. La video cámara deberá contar con memoria SD, mini SD o memory stick en limpio para una eficiente extracción de las filmaciones. Es indispensable que el equipo muestre a la cámara la tabla de salida claramente en cada filmación de cada captura. Se recomienda utilizar equipos de filmación mayores a 5 megapixeles. El comité revisará minuciosamente cada video tomado a la o las especies capturadas, antes de que se presenten las listas oficiales de cada día y los resultados de dichos análisis podrán invalidar desde la boleta de pesaje y por consiguiente de la captura, hasta la descalificación del equipo. Las no conformidades se entregarán por escrito al día

siguiente en la mesa de registro al recoger su tabla y en el último día a las 19:00 hrs. Previo a publicar las listas oficiales finales. Recomendamos llevar más de una cámara y más de una batería bien cargada. En resumen, deberán filmarse:

18.1 La acción de pesca y en especial el momento en el que es embarcada o liberada cada captura.

18.2 La tabla de salida, mostrando su número.

18.3 La acción de medición del pescado, mostrando claramente su longitud total y grabar en audio el correspondiente reporte de la captura a la base del club por medio del VHF (ver regla #17).

18.4 La caña/carrete con el que se desarrolla la acción de pesca mostrando claramente la calcomanía que lo identifica como un equipo de pesca inspeccionado y registrado.

El capitán del equipo será quien presente las capturas para su registro ante el Juez y esta obligado a: a) Entregar la memoria SD, micro SD o memory stick con las video grabaciones de las capturas del día, las cuales serán copiadas a su archivo de equipo para ser analizadas y la memoria se regresará en ese momento.

b)12 Verificar las anotaciones correspondientes al peso, largo y contorno del pescado. c) Firmar su boleta y conservar su copia.

a) Registrar capturas contraviniendo el presente reglamento. b) Que persona distinta a un miembro del equipo ajuste el freno del carrete o maniobre cualquier parte del equipo durante la pesca del pez. c) Jalar a mano la línea sencilla o doble para acercar al pez, así como también utilizar el gancho para subir al pez vela a la embarcación. d) Pelear al animal descansando la caña en el portacañas. e) Tirotear, mutilar, arponear, picar con lanza cualquier pez o que el pez esté herido por la hélice de la embarcación o mordido por tiburón. f) Tener en la embarcación, cañas, líneas y carretes extras a los registrados, así como cimbras, arpones, chinchorros, tarrayas o cualquier otro equipo no permitido. No se permiten líneas de mano extras ni cañas ligeras para captura de carnada viva. g) El uso del “mechudo” (señuelo de seda) y anzuelos dobles o triples. h) No presentar video grabación según se especifica en la regla #18 y #19 del presente reglamento. i) No realizar el reporte por radio según se especifica en la regla #17 del presente reglamento. j) Llevar personas vetadas en nuestros torneos. k) El seguir pescando después de las 17:00 hrs l) No entregar a su regreso la tabla de salida.

NO SON motivos de descalificación:

a) Las cortadas superficiales, pico roto, rasguños o cortadas causadas por el leader o la línea. b) Usar gancho para subir al marlin, dorado y atún a la embarcación c) El que uno de los concursantes jale a mano el leader para arrimar al pez o el número de personas que ayuden a subirlo a la embarcación. d) Usar dos anzuelos sencillos.

Fungirá como Juez el Señor Carlos Rubio Rodríguez y su fallo será inapelable. Cuando se presente una situación no específicamente reglamentada, el criterio del Juez así como del Comité organizador de Honor y Justicia serán inapelables.

Todos los ejemplares registrados serán donados a asociaciones con causa. En caso de querer montar cualquiera de los ejemplares de los primeros lugares de cada día se les proporcionará la piel.

En caso de avería de alguna embarcación o que por su lentitud no pueda llegar a tiempo para ser pesada y registrada su pesca, el concursante y su pesca, podrán pasarse a otra embarcación para presentarla ante el Juez. Y si por esta ayuda la embarcación auxiliadora llega fuera de tiempo, la pesca de ambas será descalificada.

Cualquier protesta o inconformidad a este Torneo deberá presentarse por escrito ante el Juez acompañada de un depósito de $2000.00 MN el mismo día con límite de las 19:00 hrs. en que se registró el hecho o motivo de la misma. Si la protesta es cierta o falsa el Comité Organizador junto con el Juez determinarán el tipo de sanción a que se hace acreedor el denunciado o el denunciante en caso de falsedad. Si la protesta no procede el denunciante perderá el depósito.

No se aceptarán protestas al reglamento por personas en estado de ebriedad.

Los premios no obtenidos mediante el sistema de premiación serán propiedad del Deportivo de Pesca Manzanillo A. C.

Se gratificará con un bono de $10,000 canjeable por inscripciones a los torneos de pesca del Deportivo de Pesca Manzanillo, al equipo que presente material en video que de forma contundente muestre a otro equipo infringiendo el presente reglamento, en especial la regla # 3 y la regla # 20 (pescando con mas cañas que las permitidas). Se garantiza discreción.

El juez del torneo podrá exigir la prueba del polígrafo a los equipos ganadores a fin de que estos accedan a los premios. El negarse a someterse a dicha prueba descalificará al equipo.

El comité organizador tiene las facultades para prolongar, suspender o acortar los días u horas de pesca por situaciones climatológicas o por cualquier otra causa de fuerza mayor. Según Los casos no previstos en este reglamento serán resueltos por el Comité Organizador y el Juez. Estos no podrán ser protestados por el concursante ante ninguna instancia ni bajo ninguna circunstancia.

RECOMENDACIONES para aprovechar mejor tu tiempo, evitar colas y disfrutar más del torneo: • Tramitar con tiempo tu permiso de pesca.

• Enviar con tiempo el formato de inscripción debidamente llenado junto con la ficha de depósito de la inscripción.

• No olvidar llevar las cañas/carretes a la oficina asignada por el club en los días previos o a la junta de capitanes para que sean inspeccionadas y registradas.

• Llegar temprano cada día de competencia para recoger tu tabla y registro de salida; la mesa abre cada día a las 06:00 am.

OFFICIAL RULES This tournament will be celebrate on 1 November 18th, 19th, 20th & 21th 2015 is open to all fishermen who are obliged to register as contestants, to read, learn to understand, comply with and be subject to these rules and decisions of the Judge. The laws, regulations and standards set by federal authorities: FAO (Fisheries Act, its Regulations and the Official Mexican Standard NOM-017-CFSP-1994); SCT through the Port Authority (Navigation Act and Regulations , Nautical Tourism Act and the Official Mexican Standard NOM-034-SCT4-1999); ARMADA DE MEXICO SEMARNAT (Federal Law of the Sea, without prejudice to the powers that apply to other agencies of the Federal Civil Service, State and Municipal. Ignorance of these rules will not excuse any violation of this, and if so , is at your own risk, sanctions will be applied according to the laws of our country and in this regulation. Deportivo de Pesca Manzanillo A.C. reserves the right to sue for fraud and what is with the competent authorities the person or persons seeking access to the prizes offered by means other than those accepted in this regulation.

Entries will be open from August 1st this year at our offices located at Playa San Pedrito s / n, Col. AWARDS. Four categories will be awarded:

4.1).- LOW TIDE CHAMPION will be appointed to the team that achieves the highest aggregate weight of valid catches of Sailfish, Striped Marlin, Small YFT Tuna (Up to 60.00 kg) and Dorado during the three days of competition. This award is subject to the registration of 75 teams, if not reach that number apply a proportionate.

4.2).- HIGH TIDE CHAMPION will be appointed to the team that achieves the highest aggregate weight of valid catches of Blue Marlin, Black Marlin and Big YFT (more than 60.00 kg) valid for three days of competition. (Single price for the first place) 4.3) .- CATCH & RELEASE Award. Will be appointed to the team that achieves the highest aggregate points according these rules. In the case of tie the $25,000.00 mn bag will be divided between the winners.

4.4) .- HEAVIEST SAIL FISH OF THE DAY, a bag of $ 25,000.00 mn will be giving away for the SAILFISH heaviest recorded daily. In case of tie, the length will decide and if it persists the outline will decide. If the tie still persists the winner will be the one who filed first in time.

By joining the participating team shall: a) Submit the individual's Mexican fishing license each team member. b) Show the rods to be used and provide sample of your line, it should be nylon monofilament or Dacron up to 80 lbs. maximum resistance, GSP or Spectra lines are accepted, but only as line backing, so a 25m (minimum) top shot of official line is obligatory. c) To register the boat in which they participate d) To appoint a team captain, who will represent this before the organizing committee for the competition.

For safety of the contestant any vessel that does not have radio communication equipment operating on board (VHF and GPS) and cellular phone can not go fishing. In order to go fishing, each team will collect from the registration table the "output table" this table is white and numbered.

Upon returning, if obtained capture is essential to exchange it for a "red table" for weighing in a boat that is moored in the vicinity and will carry a flag of the Deportivo de Pesca. The boat will leave promptly at tables exchanging 17:00 obeying the judge's signal.Teams must present the judge with red table with their catch as proof of their arrival in time to come and record their weight. If the team has not any catch to weigh or release to probe by video it can deliver the output table, either in that boat or the registration desk, but give it is obligatory as is required as proper notice of good arrival.

Fishing is carried out in the open sea near the port of Manzanillo and within the range established by the Law for sport fishing (50 nm). The Organizing Committee under any circumstances is liable for any accidents to the contestants or the boats during the tournament days.

Each participant assumes the perils of the sea adventure.

To support the conservation of species reserved for sport fishing, species and minimum sizes qualify for registration are: 25 kg Sailfish, Striped Marlin 30 kg., Blue and Black 80 kg. Tuna Dorado 10 kg and Yellow Finn Tuna 10 kg. Any fish weighing less than its minimum sizes are not eligible for prices. Any fish weighing less than its minimum sizes are awarded zero points (kilos) and additionally penalized by the weight under the minimum size. Any catches reported as such, must be brought to the scales, if not, the team will be penalized by the whole negative points (kilos) of the minimum size of the species.

Catch and release. Every successful catch and release well supported following the video rule #18 counts for the team as follow: 20 points for blue and black marlin; 15 points for the striped marlin; 10 points for the sail fish. The more release kilos, the winner in this category. A catch and release counts touching the leader, well supported by clear video that show the white output table and the release action with the fish swimming away.

The catch limits will be ever more short than the imposed by the Mexican Fisheries Law and its regulations in force.

NOM-017-PESC-1994 as follow: only 1 species of SailFish, Striped Marlin, Blue or Black Marlin (per angler), 4 Dorado + 4 Yellow Finn tuna per team per fishing day.

The official scale will open at 12:00 hrs. and close after the last team with red table is . (See rule # 9)

The fish should be caught with bait or lure and will approach the boat without more help than the reel and rod, only 4.50 m. of double line be permitted and as many wire or monofilament leader, the sum of the two should not exceed 9.00m.

Fish shall be submitted to the careful consideration by biologists appointed by SAGARPA (will be open for review and consideration, for example, that no foreign bodies as bottles, ice, chemicals, stone, metal, etc. or maintained by artificial means such as iced, frozen, pickles, etc.. are present in the fish). If an abnormality is verified will be brought to the tournament judge who will issue its ruling as for weighing ballots are signed or not after the examination.

In this fishing tournament is so important to catch as the check that were achieved on the basis of this regulation.

This rule is so important that it may catch legitimate catches if not presented convincing evidence as follows: The contestant teams shall carry at least one digital camcorder to present the video recordings as evidence of trapping should shoot as quickly as possible from the time of the strike, when working, the time is put on board the boat, and most especially when it gives the corresponding report by radio to the base. The video camera must have SD memory card or Sony memory stick into clean for efficient extraction of the films. NOT accept video footage or photographs taken with cell phone, or videocassette. The team captain must present the catches for registration to the judge and must: a) Deliver the SD memory, micro SD or memory stick with the video recordings of the day's catch, which will be copied to your team file to be later analyzed and the memory will be returned back then. b) Check the entries for weight, length and girth of the fish. c) Show the rod or rods used in the catch; the judge can required a tensile test on the lines. If a test show an over test line, another two test will perform and the average of these three test will be the final. If over test is proved this way, the catch will be disqualified. d) To sign your ballot and keep a copy.

Grounds for DISQUALIFICATION ARE: a) Record catches in contravention of these rules. b) That any person other than a member of the team set the reel drag or maneuver any equipment during the fishing. c) Pull hand single or double line to bring the fish, as well as use the hook for up to sailfish to the boat. d) Fighting the animal resting the rod in a rod holders. e) Shoot, maul, harpooning any fish or fish is injured by the propeller of the boat or bitten by shark. f) Has on board extra rods, lines and reels to the registered as well as sticks, spears, nets or other equipment is not allowed. Not grounds for disqualification: a) The cut surface broken beak, scratches or cuts caused by the leader or line. b) Use the gaff or flying gaff into marlin, Dorado and tuna. c) The mate can hand pull the leader to pull up the fish or the number of people to help get it onto the boat. d) Using two simple hooks.

Mr. Carlos Rubio Rodriguez will act as Judge and his decision is final. Where a situation not specifically regulated, the opinion of the Judge and the Organizing Committee of Honor and Justice will be final.

All catches will be donated to associations registered with cause.

If you want to mount any of the samples from the top of each day will be provided with the skin.

Any protest or dissent in this tournament must be submitted in writing to the judge accompanied by a deposit of $ 2000.00 Mexican pesos and the limit will be the same day at 19:00 hrs. The tournament judge can oblige the polygraph test for the first places in order to release any of the prices.

The organizing committee has the authority to extend, terminate or shorten the days or hours fished by weather conditions or any other cause of force majeure. According to cases not provided for in these rules shall be resolved by the Organizing Committee and the Judge. These may not be protested by the entrant to any instance or under any circumstances.

Recommendations: * Get your fishing licenses with time. * Submit your inscription format and payments with weeks or days in advance. * Submit your fishing gear for inspection before the captains meeting or the previous day. * Be an early bird and avoid agglomerations; save your time. Judge table is open 06:00 hrs every day.
