About the course You will acquire operational knowledge and skills and will be provided with the opportunity to apply theory into practice, while developing your in depth knowledge and understanding in particular areas.
Duration and mode of study: Three years full time or up to four years with an integrated paid work placement
Throughout the programme you will develop transferable skills through a variety of real world learning activities and module assessments.

Why choose this course? ▪ We have our own fine dining restaurant, so you will get hands on experience right from the start. ▪ We work with the Swiss Hotel Management School, so you can be sure you will develop the skills that employers are looking for. ▪ You will have access to membership of the Educational Membership Scheme of the Institute of Hospitality.
You will be taught using demonstrations, lectures and tutorials and get hands on practical experience with our commercial facilities, through formal lectures, practical demonstrations, seminars, small group exercises, case study discussions, videos, guest speakers and professional visits. You will have the opportunity to go on a UK based residential trip and professional visits such as trips to Normandy and Calvados. You will find it fascinating applying classroom activity and learning in the real world.
