Rebooting Yourself! When you reboot yourself, you’re not changing the inner workings of yourself, you’re changing how you’re currently operating. Rebooting yourself isn’t as easy as pressing a power button or holding down the control-alt-delete buttons. We’re either feeling like we’re going nowhere, or in no mood to go somewhere we think we want to go. Changing something drastically for a few days or a week can do wonders. A few ways to REBOOT are: 1) Eat healthier, even if it’s just one meal at a time 2) Change the look of a room you’re most in 3) Refresh your goals that are in arm’s length (can accomplish in 6 months or less). 4) Start each morning with a clean slate by writing three things down you’re grateful for 5) Detox your calendar After feeling like you have done a reboot... Sit down alone, with your mind open. Analyze what happened, why and how you want to continue. What made you happy/unhappy? What do you want to change? Key Take Away: IMPLEMENT the changes you want to implement. Otherwise, you will just go back to where you were. Be You, be Happy, Be in the NOW!
