Thanks to all the riders who attended the ABATE of Michigan Freedom Rally on June 1st, to show your support for House Bill 4809 and to show legislators that motorcyclists will not stand for being the only class of vehicles that are not given the benefit of their own choice in no fault insurance medical expense caps. As an attorney representing injured motorcyclists, I drafted House Bill 4809 that would allow injured motorcyclists to instead seek payment of their no-fault benefits from their own auto insurance, hence get the benefit of their own choice of medical benefit cap. We are always looking to grow our membership. Please consider becoming a member of ABATE, the most effective and largest grass roots motorcycle rights organization in our State. As a member of ABATE, your voice will have instant credibility with legislators in Lansing and you can use it to bring about actual change for motorcyclists in Michigan.
