PASSAIA PROJECT comes from a specific need of SANTO PASSAIA and itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s therefore its crucial partner. SANTO PASSAIA which is worldwide famous for the great skill in the costruction of complete furnishings and the high quality of its cabinetry, had the necessity to avail of a General Contractor for the management of the whole project and its implementation. The activity of GENERAL CONTRACTOR, which has been carried out under the SANTO PASSAIA trademark up to this moment, becouse now a real company (PASSAIA PROJECT) which will deal with external architects, with works supervision with the selection of the suppliers and with the entrustment of particular projects to specialised Designers. SANTO PASSAIA, famosa nel mondo per la grande abilità nella costruzione di arredi completi e l’alta qualità dei suoi mobili, ha avuto la necessità di avvalersi di un General Contractor per la gestione del “Progetto” e la “Direzione lavori”.

tor”, è sempre stata effettuata sotto il marchio SANTO PASSAIA, ora invece diventa una vera e propria società (PASSAIA PROJECT), che si occuperà di progettazione con architetti esterni, opera di supervisione, selezione dei fornitori e affidamento di particolari progetti a designer specializzati.

Passaia Project is an architectural study and it comes from the co-operation between the interior designer Mr. NicolĂ˛ Passaia and the managing director of the company Santo Passaia, Mr. Pier Angelo Passaia. Passaia Project originated from a specific need of Santo Passaia, to avail of a general contractor for the management of the whole project and its implementation. Nella prima fase gli architetti esaminano i requisiti funzionali e stilistici del cliente ed elaborano una prima bozza. La seconda fase è il compimento di tutte le procedure burocratiche, anche per quanto riguarda i permessi di costruzione. La terza fase consiste nella preparazione di tutti i disegni tecnici riguardanti i dettagli costruttivi, la determinazione dei vani tecnici e degli impianti.

Passaia Project for Triumph Verona Bike Expo Stand and Bag Suite design

In 2014 Passaia Project has contributed to the realization of the stand of Triumph of Mr. Martini for “Motor Bike Expo” of Verona, for which he received the first prize “best creative idea”. Passaia Project has also developed the idea of Mr. Martini realizing a “Bag suites” that would meet and exceed the needs of the most passionate motocyclist respecting functionality and aesthetics. Nel 2014 Passaia Project ha contribuito alla realizzazione dello stand Triumph di “Mr. Martini” in occasione del “Motor Bike Expo” di Verona. Per questo progetto abbiamo ricevuto il primo premio “Migliore idea creativa“. Passaia Project ha inoltre sviluppato l’idea di “Mr. Martini” di realizzare una “Bag Suite“ che soddisfi le esigenze dei motociclisti più appassionati, rispettando funzionalità ed estetica .
