Griffith Institute of Language offers preTailored Courses for specific groups As required degree supports for learners who are Evening courses 12 looking to enrol on Griffith College degree programmes but do not meet the language requirements. This includes cultural and academic Griffith Institute of orientation as well as core language skill development.
At Griffith we offer an exciting range of Summer English programmes. These programmes are designed to take advantage of our expert teaching team and thorough assessment strategy whilst also offering a cultural programme. We provide information on extra-curricular social events, and, subject to demand we can organise outings to the many local tourist attractions.

With our high quality teaching team and strong assessment strategy, we will ensure that learners get the most from their time with us, and move on in their careers or further study with significantly enhanced language skills. You can study our 15 hour programme or our premium programme that gives you an additional 5 hours of tuition across two afternoons.
Language is a nice place to meet new people and study English. It is a lovely, comfortable building and we have nice, small classrooms. One thing to emphasise is the teachers! They are so cool and teach us with a variety of methods – games, songs etc. It is good fun!

Host Family Accommodation Arriving in a new country can be a daunting experience, but getting a true Irish welcome from one of our Host Families will make you feel like you are in a home from home. Not only that, it is a great way to improve your English and learn about Irish culture and life
Cultural Activities One of the most attractive features of Griffith Institute of Language, Limerick, as a place to study is its location in the heart of Limerick. Surrounded by the best entertainment venues, you can be sure of access to great student nights in the city. If your taste in leisure activities is more adventurous, Limerick provides excellent opportunities for the student who likes sport and leisure - golf, horse riding and water-sports are all available at a reasonable cost. Griffith Institute of Language organises a variety of social and cultural activities in Limerick and throughout Ireland. For example, trips to the Rock of Cashel, Killarney, Cliffs of Moher, Belfast and the Giant’s Causeway. Students can participate in excursions, weekend trips, parties, Irish dancing lessons and major sports events.

Residential Apartments During the academic year and throughout the Summer, we offer selfcatering apartments close to Griffith College. These apartments are shared with either Irish or other international students. Students have their own room and bathroom with private study facilities and an internet point.
