Credit non-degree courses at Penn Eligible advanced-level students can take a credit course through Penn’s College of Liberal and Professional Studies (LPS). Business Intensive Program The Business Intensive Program (BIP) focuses on building general Business English skills for highintermediate to advanced-level students and professionals. No prior business experience is required.

International Business Communication Program The International Business Communication Program (IBCP) concentrates on business communication competencies needed in today’s globalized business world. Summer Institute for International Business Students The Summer Institute for International Business Students (SIIBS) equips students with the skills needed for success with the first year MBA curriculum. Admission into an MBA program or two years of work experience is required.

CEA is recognized by the US Secretary of Education as a national accrediting agency for English language programs and institutions in the US. We also adhere to the standards of the following two organizations, of which the ELP is a member: AAIEP: Association of American Intensive English Programs, UCIEP: Consortium of University and College Intensive English Programs.
