LEGAL DOCUMENTS: Birth and death certificates; marriage licenses; social security cards; passports and immigration paperwork; military records; premarital or post-nuptial agreements; divorce decrees, custody orders, spousal maintenance and child support awards or modifications and parenting plans; litigation documents and judgments; wills, trusts, health care and financial powers of attorney, end-of-life and other estate planning documents; federal and state income tax returns; deeds; title insurance; homeowner’s insurance; mortgages, residential loan and home equity loan documentation, and loan modification documents; vehicle registration and insurance; copies of driver’s licenses; employment contracts; stock option agreements or awards; employment bonus or commission awards or information; and evidence of professional licenses or accreditation. Let eggs cook for 4-5 minutes. The white should be firm but the yellow should be runny. Remove eggs with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel. Toast the English muffins until golden. To assemble eggs benedict: Top muffin with bacon and a poached egg. Pour warm sauce over and garnish with paprika and chopped parsley. Hollandaise sauce: 2 egg yolks 1/2 Tbs. hot water 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
