This is a style guide that introduces just what the Weiss Company is all about. Learn more about us!

The mission is to remind customers that it is vital to find a balance between playing hard and working hard through some damn good beer

The Weiss Company makes pure handbrew beer that is delicious and bound to give you a fun time. We want to communicate to our customers that balance is key. Oftentimes, when you do something too much, you begin to lose focus, drive, and passion. It is beneficial to have a breather where you don’t think about work at all. Have a beer and just relax.

Foxborough


Foxborough, Massachussetts is where the Weiss company is located.

Our inspiration for making homebrewed beer is Founder’s day. Every year there is a celebration that includes a parade, amusement parks, and fireworks to honor the day the town was discovered. It is also referred to as, Pounder’s Day because we all pound beer.

The beer is called Weiss 60 Minute IPA

Ingredients 3-4 lb. Pale malt extract syrup, unhopped 2 lb. Amber dry malt extract 12 AAU of bittering hops For example, 1 oz. of 5% Cascade or 1.25 oz. of 4% Liberty 2 packets of dried ale yeast

Hops are raining down like Cats and Dogs as hopes are added in large quantities for a whole hour.

This calligraphic logo is inspired by the outgoing, crazy, and fun personality of employees from the Weiss Company. The logo is intentionally designed to not be perfectly asymmetrical as it represents our employees. Many of our employees are artists who can never be defined that embraces thinking outside of the box.

Why teal? Besides the primary colors, The Weiss Company selected teal green as the central color because it represents ovarian cancer. Every woman has a 1 in 72 risk of getting this disease within their life time. And those diagnosed have a 1 in 100 chance of dying from it. The Weiss Company shows their support to those that have struggled with this disease or those that have lost a loved one from it.
