he High Commission of India hosted a Yoga and Meditation session led by yoga and mindfulness consultant Ms Rajni Ghai Malhotra as a curtain raiser for the upcoming International Day of Yoga 2020. As in the past years, the event was held in the serene setting of the Chancery and set the tone for an invigorating season of yoga focusing on this year’s theme ‘My life My Yoga’.
