Joanna Cordero

Design Manager

With many years of design experience, Joanna knows that the best design solution is a combination of inspired, credible creative, strong operational strategy and a flexibility to adjust throughout the process as needed. With her comprehensive understanding of the gaming market and her natural ability to cross-wire all of the different areas of her expertise, she provides new insights and perspectives, which are then used within each stage of the design process.

Laura Lafrance

Associate Designer

Born into a household of seamstresses, designers and tailors Laura was surrounded by creative influences. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design and Apparel Design at the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture and Planning (DAAP) she obtained a Masters in Design Media and Art Management from Miami University. As an associate designer in Design Collective’s Las Vegas studio Laura leans heavily into her prior experiences to bring foundational expertise to the creative process and the excitement of the gaming industry.

Mandy McClean Couch

Associate Designer

Mandy studied at the Art Institute of Orange County and then worked as a seamstress at Disneyland. Both of these experiences built a strong foundation for her role at Design Collective. Operating out of our Las Vegas design studio, she focuses her design talents on the needs of our Gaming clients. Her go-to style tip? “You can never go wrong with a pop of color!”

When it is an appropriate match with a casino’s aesthetic, glam iconic apparel is designed to bring a touch of glamour to the casino floor. Starting with a blank canvas, we take pride in designing memorable garments to cultivate winning looks. Our design team sources unique fabrics, trims, and other embellishment in an array of colors and textures, creating remarkable impressions that last. Delivering style and class in traditional silhouettes provides employees with a luxurious appeal that exudes confidence.

For a minimalist approach with significant impact, we’ll design a collection of apparel focused on simplistic sophistication. This style choice embodies a feeling of novelty, reminiscent of a couture inspired look. It is a balance of neutral palettes in eye-catching textures designed to create a refined, tailored look. Creating a long lasting impression is key in enhancing your wardrobe’s appeal that’s approachable and luxurious.
