The lower level includes a guest suite, a spacious interior designer's office, a kitchen, a large dining room, a cozy living room and a playroom. The upper level includes the master suite, 2 children's bedrooms, a laundry room and a reading nook.

The Schon Law Firm is a prestigious law firm in the City and asked for an office layout and design that would reflect that. The reception area, the meeting rooms, conference room, library, interns' office, principals' offices and the kitchen were designed to showcase elegance, accomplishment and prestige.
