Stein & Stein’s office in Georgia established 2005,provides clients with the best legal talent . Boasting the top lawyers, they want each client to feel that they are well taken care of and are in good hands. The design was therefore inviting and warm, and has a professional air. The office is relocating to 265 Peachtree Street in Northwest Georgia (upper floor). As per Ms. Markowitz’s preference’s the practice should not be your typical grandfathers law firm, instead it should allow for collaboration and include lots of modern arts. The general color palate will include lots of greys, taupe’s, blacks and blue accents. The styles to be used are contemporary and modern combined to create a modern feel with warm touch.

Working on a fully custom residence was a great experience. This in particular was a completely empty canvas. Working together with the client I aimed to make this structure from house to home . Doing so required learning the clients lifestyle, tastes, likes, and dislikes and so much more. Ironically, the client wanted to take colors and styles that weren’t favorites and design spaces with those specific colors-to prove that she can really enjoy them. Think greens, brown, purple, dark bold colors and the likes. Although modern style was first up on the table for the client, they wanted the house to be extremely warm, welcoming and homey. To achieve this I combined lots of tans and warm grey paint and furniture colors with very modern lines on the furniture. Also, the lighting in each room was determined not solely base on the function but also on what kind of furniture and colors were to be present- so that a warm feel can be achieved throughout with the lighting while keeping each room functional as well. • • • • • • • • •

The Subway System. This upscale dining is where modern meets vintage in the most real way. The design consists of heavy old style industrial décor and furnishings alongside sleek, sharp, clean lines and colors. Menu includes posh exotic dishes all plated in a most artistic fashion. The goal here was to incorporate all the above descriptions while keeping sophisticated and fun. An outing destination for the classy as well as for those on the run. Accordingly, seating was arranged so that there are choice seating for all that come. Private, public and lounge seating are all within the same open space.

This bedroom makeover was for a ten year old avid baseball fan. The room was to include enough storage for all his collections and items of interest. . The room will serve as a place to relax, unwind, and complete homework. Being that this young boy is a baseball fan the sport was incorporated into his room by use of colors, accents, wall murals, as well as his very own frames and collections. Because of the size of the room all furniture items had to be of minimal mass so that the room maintained balance. The child likes dark, fall-seasoned colors- which go well with the maroon and navy baseball colors. However the room will include white accents to keep the room feeling fresh and spacious.
