WOMAN-CENTRIC TRAINING It is essential that everyone on your team get “on-board” with your Woman-Centric approach, that everyone is headed in the same direction. That’s why Woman-Centric training is required within 6 months of joining the program— but, within 60 days is recommended as it impacts every aspect of your business.

Typically conducted over two consecutive mornings, Design Basics trainers work with your entire staff to bring the Woman-Centric Matters!® brand to life within your company. Well-trained “brand ambassadors” are crucial to your success and become a great point of differentiation from your competitors. The basic Woman-Centric Matters!® training is broken down into the following 4 sessions:

Session #1—Why Take a Woman-Centric Approach? and Woman-Centric Home Design  Session #2—Woman-Centric New Home Marketing  Session #3—Woman-Centric Selling Session #4—Creating Woman-Centric Customer Experiences Woman-Centric Matters!® training fees are included in your 1st year enrollment fee. WOMAN-CENTRIC COACHING In sports and in the business world, talented teams often achieve greatness and success through strong coaching. At it’s core, coaching allows people to look at issues in a different way, from a different perspective, to help reach their goals. Coaching provides focus and insight. Coaching requires a team that is willing to be coached. Coaching begins with “game planning,” identifying both overall, as well as specific, goals and what needs to be achieved. With the goal(s) in sight, the focus turns to the day-to-day execution of strategies and tactics essential for achieving the goal(s). Finally, there’s commitment. Getting everyone on the team to commit to success, to their goals and to each other—even when it gets tough.
